Bahman Rashidi is a geoscientist with strong experience in precious, base metals and industrial minerals. He has been involved in several senior roles with a number of mining companies also consultancy positions for state agencies in Middle East, CIS countries and Australia over the last 20 years.
Dave Sammut, Technology Manager

Dave Sammut has degrees in both science and business, and has worked for 20 years in active research & development, R&D corporate management and commercialisation, and in professional communications to government and investor audiences. Dave specialises in facilitating the effective communications between different technical and non technical disciplines, with a track record in creating value through innovation.
John Moyes, Senior Technology Consultant
A. John Moyes served as the technical director of Intec Ltd and as the managing director of Intec Copper Pty Ltd 1995 to 2011. Mr. Moyes has over 40 years of experience in the mining and metals industry, encompassing minerals analysis, laboratory management, hydrometallurgical and electrochemical research, process development, plant design and project management.Although retired from active service, John continues to bring his extensive experience to bear to support INTEC International Projects’s various projects.
Maryam J Barmi, Senior Consultant
B.Eng., MSc.Eng.(Hons.), PhD (MEng.) AusIMM
Dr. Barmi has more than 15 years’ experience in research and test work in Hydrometallurgy, especially base metals and she has been involved in many lab tests and pilot plant studies for mining companies in Australia. Maryam completed her PhD in Metallurgical Engineering and received prestigious awards for excellence in her research from Department of mines and Petroleum, Western Australia.
Adam Randall, Consultant
Dip. Mech. Eng.
Adam Randall has over 20 years of industrial experience, including 15 years hands-on experience with the Intec Process. Adam is an expert in all operational aspects of the Intec Process technology, and until recently managed a hydrometallurgical facility utilising the Intec Process technology in Burnie, Tasmania. He is now an independent consultant providing ongoing support to Intec Process projects, and currently manages Intec’s laboratory in Tasmania.
